Unexpected, but fantastic Lease Loyalty deal I received an offer in the mail for keeping my lease loyalty to Chevrolet, and based off of past experiences (and buying my previous lease at Elkins) I received an offer in the mail for keeping my lease loyalty to Chevrolet, and based off of past experiences (and buying my previous lease at Elkins) I went to them. I had a new salesperson, and Bill was absolutely fantastic. He was able to end my first lease just a few months early at no penalty to me, and get me into my second one that better fits my needs. Buying a new car takes a bit of time, but with Bill, my family and I didn't mind in the slightest! He's a great guy, and we're absolutely sticking with him for any of our future purchases. The rest of the car-buying process went just as smoothly, thanks to the great employees that helped me. More

Excellent Satisfactory customer service My wife and I had bought a Cruze from Bill exactly a year ago and were very satisfied with the help that he had given us. Since then, he had continued to be in contact with us just to make sure we have been making out ok. We had recently come to the loss of another vehicle and starting shopping around for another new one. We had found another vehicle with a different dealership but weren't satisfied. So we brought up what was within our budget to Bill and he had found the perfect option for us. Another chevy Cruze to lease. This was our first time leasing after buying the car last year and we found how easy and satisfying this has been. A week later with our second vehicle from Bill and he is still very easy to reach and contact for any needs and concerns. I would recommend his service and help to anyone. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. Bob had also spoken to us and had explained all of the additional documents required.
