Bill Severance was promoted to Sales Manager from a Sales and Leasing Consultant in June 2016. Bill Severance joined White River Toyota in May of 2013. When he is not in the showroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ana Paula and three boys Dylan, Nathan and, Ethan. Bill spent seventeen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry before joining the team. He attributes his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for each his clients to spending so much time in a business that is so heavily effected by the customer experience. The service at White River Toyota was outstanding!!! I bought new Toyota Tundra in 2014, and trade-in my 2009 Camry to 2017 Camry two days ago. The customer service I received from Bill Severance and Su I bought new Toyota Tundra in 2014, and trade-in my 2009 Camry to 2017 Camry two days ago. The customer service I received from Bill Severance and Sully Carter at the White River Toyota was outstanding!!! The best price for a new car, very good price for the old one. In addition to that, I received Free lifetime State Inspection!!! Free service through 25,000 miles!!! And a lot of good advises concerning to the new vehicle. Mr. Sully Carter called to my insurance company and made all necessary changes. Thank you very much Bill and Sully!!!!! More

I was nervous to even start looking for a car to begin with but Gage quickly changed my mind about salesmen and the stigma most of them have! He has consistently kept in contact with me and checked in the see how I'm liking my vehicle and recently put me in a new Toyota Camry, which I am thrilled with. Excellent! I wasn't sure if my trade-in would have any value at all as I was upside down in my loan. I was fortunate that not only was I offered more than my tra I wasn't sure if my trade-in would have any value at all as I was upside down in my loan. I was fortunate that not only was I offered more than my trade-in was worth, but also that I was offered incentives. On top of that, I drove away with a car that won't require a dime out of my pocket for the next three years other than monthly payments and gas! All of my service is covered along with GAP insurance, warrantee and maintenance. Thank you! More

For the first time in those 20 years we had a different salesman and store manager to deal with. Bill Severance went above and beyond to make our buying experience a good one. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Best of all, he didn't apply any pressure or scare tactics to make this deal happen. It was a truly enjoyable experience. The General Manage, Jason Quenneville, seems to have a very well run dealership there at White River Toyota. We recommend the dealership highly. More
