I walked in the dealership on New Years Day (2013) to speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked i speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a JX35 and I was very specific about the color, features, and options for the vehicle. I also informed him that I was already pre-approved for a great rate (0.47%), and that I was putting down $15-$18k cash at the time of the sale with no trade in. He informed me that there was one vehicle available in the Chicago land area and after speaking with the sales manager, he came back and stated that he could do a trade and get the vehicle for the price that I requested and that since this particular dealership was the largest in the area, he would be able get the vehicle by the next day. He provided his business card and personal email and asked me to follow up with him the next day. I sent an email to both email addresses the next day around 10am on 1/2/13 with the specifics of the vehicle and informed him that it was my last day off from work and that I would be visiting several dealerships that day and to please get back to me as soon as he could about the vehicle. He responded within an hour stating that he would come in earlier and asked me to allow him to be the "best advocate for me so that I do not have to run around all day...let me do the work for you". I contacted a few places and patiently waited 3 hours to hear back from him....no reply. I sent another message around 2pm, stating that I was still sitting at home waiting to hear from him and that I would be leaving out to look at a few cars. I asked that he contact me back before 6pm that evening. He responded about thirty minutes later and stated "I told Steve to get the car. I will call him right now". I waited another three to four hours to hear from him and sent another message asking why he never bothered to follow up with me. He replied back around 6pm stating "Oh I'm sorry, all of the dealers that we contacted didn't respond to us about the car” He then asked if I was committed to Infiniti for my car purchase. I replied and stated that my commitment was in purchasing a new car from this dealership or another one. I also stated that if he knew that, why he didn’t bother to contact me and let me know that he wasn't able to get the car. Also if he was aware of this information, why did he ask "Steve" to get the car if there was no car available??? Why not simply call me or shoot an email letting me know what was going on behind the scenes instead of making me wait and follow up with him through out the day. I feel insulted and I really don't think that he took me seriously about purchasing a car; therefore he didn't follow up with me. I don't know if I would do business with this dealership. Kayla was very responsive and attentive to detail. I told her what I wanted, she didn't push a different G37, and found my G . Bill finished up the deal Everyone was knowledgable and professional. Kayla got the deal setup and can't say enough of how she made me feel my thoughts and concerns mattered. Same gors for Bill and Assad. Nice service by Assad to give us the G37x 101 class before we left. Class Act! More

I recently leased a new G37xS and this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. This was a corporate lease and they found the exact car I wanted in the color I wanted at the right price. After I chose the car I wanted he contacted our corporate offices and even drove out to get the paperwork signed. He really made it easy for me. He also kept me updated via emails and text messages and within a couple of days I was able to pick up my car. Bill was so friendly and he isn't like the typical used car sales guy. He's a fair and honest guy. No haggling back and fourth, I gave him my price and he made it work for me. I would definately recommend Bill Mullarkey and I'll buy my next car from him. I was in the market for a specific car and drove over 300 miles to get it. Bill Mullarkey helped me nail down a price with a trade-in in less than a day, and I drove down the following day to pick up the car miles to get it. I was extremely pleased with how well they led me through the process and made it very quick and painless. When financing the vehicle, I threw in a last-second curve ball because I had to lower my down payment and increase the amount of financing, and Jacob Lubinski never missed a beat while getting me an excellent rate with the bank I already use. The one thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was that I was under the impression that the value of my trade-in would be slightly more, but I think I was more responsible for that than the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership, even if you have to drive 300 miles to get there! More
