Any time help or advice was needed he handled it and if he could not, he made sure it was handled by the proper personnel. The salesman ( Larry) was out to greet me in minute or two of being on the lot ( very good service), asked him about the car he told me that this car had bad engine issues . I was well that's it ill look other places he then did his salesman speech and I found a nice Oldsmobile that was a little more but had very low miles took it for a drive was impressed he asked me if I would want them to inspect it I said no my own mechanic would do it , Larry suggested against it . Which I said ok Forrester"s can do the whole thing( took about a week). glad they did a lot of issue to get it pass inspection I was so impressed at there service and standing behind there products that I purchased a second car from them. the sales staff and service dept. are top notch. I will return when the next time rolls around for a new vehicle. More

Best Customer Service I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my need I was in the market for a car with a lot of bells and whistles. Travis Mummert had sold us a used Aviator in the past and was so attentive to my needs that when another nearly new vehicle (MKZ Hybrid) came in, he just knew it was for me! It had more than a lot of bells and whistles, it was amazing. He is very attentive to your needs but not at all pushy! Stop in and talk to him if you are ever in the market for a new or used car and let him know your needs. He will keep his eyes open for the vehicle for you and notify you as soon as he feels something matches what you want. You will not be disappointed. And I must give a shout out to Bill Mull as well. If I ever stopped in for another look at the vehicle or had any questions and Travis was not available, Bill was always happy to answer any questions or demonstrate anything for me as well. They are like family there and treat you as part of their family! More

I spent weeks pouring over the internet searching for cars to look at on my one day off following an accident which totaled my vehicle. I had a fixed amount to spend from the insurance and I wasn't looking to haggle price or finance anything, I just needed to buy a clean reliable car with the money I had. Enter Joshua Myers and Forrester Lincoln. My day started here as I had half an hour to kill before looking at a private sale Mustang. I had seen a couple cars on Forresters site that interested me and thought I'd give them a look. A Town Car had caught my eye and Joshua offered to let me drive it to check out the Mustang. I must say I was hooked by the car and then by the service. As my title suggests Joshua was very helpful and the whole experience was relaxed and low pressure. While I loved the car it was just a little more then I had to spend and I left for another dealer. To keep this short I can tell you the rest of my day was the exact opposite, filled with less desirable cars and horrible salespeople. Dejected at the end of the day I went home wondering what I was going to do. Saturday came and with it a phone call from Joshua. They could drop the price just enough for me to buy the car. What a Godsend this was for me! I am now the proud owner of a fine Lincoln Town Car thanks to Joshua Myers. He went the extra mile on the day of delivery by getting the car Maryland inspected for me, staying late and picking me up at the rental car location across town. I highly recommend Joshua and Forresters to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. You will not be disappointed! More
