Billy was awesome. I found a car online and called, he took all the info over the phone and kept me informed all day on what was going on. My credit wasn't very good but he was determined to get me the ca took all the info over the phone and kept me informed all day on what was going on. We were looking for a new car and knew exactly what model we wanted. We also had a possible trade in. I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I typically don't buy new cars, but the price we wanted. We also had a possible trade in. I have never had a car buying experience go so smoothly. I typically don't buy new cars, but the price that Beechmont was asking for the model that we wanted was substantially lower than everyone in the city and surrounding area. Our sales rep., Bill Gramman, took very good care of us. Since we are long term vehicle owners, the packages offered to us for protecting our vehicle made perfect sense. We purchased those as well and were still within our budget number. Good job Beechmont Ford. More
