I have been doing business with Glenn Toyota since my purchase of a 2009 Tacoma. I am 62 years old and this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Paul Edwards, the salesman that I worked with, was incredibly informed but equally patient. He answered every question I had about the car I was considering; if he didn’t know the answer, he would say so and find the answer from someone who did. And, he went to every length possible to find me exactly the car that I wanted while also getting the best price possible for me. The xxI guy, Bill, was equally informative, but also was respectful and laid-back about selling products. He informed me of the products and services the dealership could offer, why he thought they were a useful, and made the best price he could. There was no B.S. or pushiness. The process was unbelievably transparent! I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the car I got. I would recommend both Paul Edwards and Glenn Toyota without hesitation or reservation. More
