I would rate my experience at BMW a 5/5. I was helped and guided throughout the entire experience. I was working with Bill throughout it all and I got very lucky with that. He would keep me updated the entire time while it took 11 months to get the M2 2024. He’s very kind and really connects with the people he works with. He had an abundance of knowledge on the car and recommended the most effective advice that was tailored to my lifestyle specifically. He made me feel proud of the decisions I made on the M2. I would recommend service with Bill to anybody interested in getting a BMW. I’ll for sure be going back when it’s time for my next BMW :) More

Bill was a great resource when purchasing our 2024 BMW X7. He was patient, the test drive experience was one of the best we've had and there was no pushing to close us in our process to find the right nex X7. At pickup, he was accommodating and worked to get us out the door as quickly as possible (especially with our kids running around the dealership at the time!). I had a great experience leasing a car at Bill Jacobs BMW. Bill Earnest handled my lease and was great to work with! He spent time getting my app set up and negotiating a great deal. This is the second purchase I worked with him on and highly recommend him as a Client Advisor. My service advisor stopped by to check in on the purchase as well before I took the car home.
