I worked with two different staff yesterday to attempt to buy a Prius. The negotiation took awhile, they did not seem to respect my requests to not have the vehicle warranty, and other options. Additionally, it took multiple requests to get clear yes or no answers on the pricing. Not terrible service, just probably could be better with more straight forward and direct communication upon reflecting on it further. More
