We began looking for a new truck a couple of months ago. We came to Lester Glenn first because we previously purchased 3 new vehicles from Lester Glenn (2 GMC trucks and a Sonata). We visited the showroom numerous times and dealt with Bill Caffyn. He was extremely pleasant even when we requested to do 5 or maybe more test drives on one visit. Bill never pressured us, understood our needs versus wants and our financial concerns. He never inundated us with bothersome phone call or emails which was such a relief. Bill reached out to us when there were sales/discounts that applied to the vehicles we expressed interest in. We can't say enough good things about the type and quality of service he provided to us...never felt pressured to buy. I just gave his card to my friend who is looking for a new vehicle and she reached out to him yesterday. Thank you Lester Glenn for having such a great salesman like Bill. Bill is a wonderful salesperson. He answers questions with integrity and knowledge, but the most important postive part of this experience was his ability to listen to what I needed. While he did suggest different alternatives, he never lost sight of what criteria I presented to him upon walking in. Truly, this is what made me walk away from other dealerships and choose Lester Glenn for the vehicle I was looking for. My needs were his top priority and he showed this throughout the entire transaction. Bill is certainly a rare asset in today's push and shove world and I will certainly be passing on his name and Lester Glenn to anyone who says they are looking for a vehicle. Thank you!! More

I just bought a 2011 gmc terrain. I love that they have multiple locations and make you feel like a part of their family. Very friendly Easy to work with. Had what I wanted in stock with a very good price. Do to the storm Sandy the were very helpful in putting the deal together quickly. Some one had hit the truck 6 days aft stock with a very good price. Do to the storm Sandy the were very helpful in putting the deal together quickly. Some one had hit the truck 6 days after I picked up the truck and they were there to help any way the could. Bill Caffyn my sales men has also called to make sure all was ok with the truck and to see if Lester Glenn could help in any way do to the storm Sandy. on oct.9th i purchased a car for my son. my family and i went to lester glenn through the internet. the first person we were approached by was bill caffyn with an umbrella. he was helpful, friendly, knowled went to lester glenn through the internet. the first person we were approached by was bill caffyn with an umbrella. he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. he went out of his way to accomodate our special situation. the paper work took forever but all in all we would definitely return to this dealership to purchase another car. bill kept us informed throughout the process and at the end once again delivered us to the new car with an umbrella. my son, louis, loves his new car. More
