awesome group of people Long story short, I told them what I wanted and they made it happen! Mr. Bernard definitely has earned a lifetime friend /customer! More

Felton Jones has tough negotiating skills but prefers a happy customer.This is my 4th purchase from Rusty Wallis (3rd new car purchase from used car salesman, Bernard Williams). I called ahead to let Bernard know I was looking for another vehicle. Upon my arrival, he had already researched and located a 2015 version of my previous car (2010 Accord EX-L V-6. Manual transmission). Unfortunately it was the only one in Texas and the price was not negotiable which is that dealership's loss. Being the professional that Bernard is, he also had a few Accords waiting for me to test drive. Once I made my selection, I was introduced to another fantastic salesman, Fellton Jones. He is a charming man with some tough negation tactics. We went back and forth with the price until we agreed on a number that I liked. He was even kind enough to give me a snack and a bottle of water from his personal stash. Hospitality speaks volumes about one's personality. You will not go wrong by making a purchase with either of these gentlemen. More

The definition of customer service! My fiance and I have been shopping around for a used vehicle for about three months. It felt like we had been told "No" a million times, and that we n My fiance and I have been shopping around for a used vehicle for about three months. It felt like we had been told "No" a million times, and that we needed 30-40% down because of our credit. Truth be told my credit is not good and my her score barely fair. However, being off for spring break, we decided to try one more time between Rusty Wallis Honda and another dealership for virtually the same vehicle. Living in Frisco, we didn't want to drive to either dealership just to be told "No" again. Neither dealership had the online option to run a finance application with a co-applicant so we emailed both of them explaining our situation. The other dealership kept pressuring us to come in and see what they could do once we got there. Rusty Wallis accommodated us by taking our financial information (Thank you Cody Kennedy!) and genuinely took the time to evaluate our situation against what their capabilities were. After a few hours, we received an email saying,"We think we can get you taken care of. When can you come in?" Music to our ears! We looked at each other and said, "Well they actually took the time to look everything over. I don't think they'd waste their time or ours by having us drive down there, maybe this is worth the trip." Upon arrival Cody was tied up with another customer, but Bernard took great care of us the moment we walked through the door. He got the car we came for ready for a test drive and very shortly after that he had the proposed deals ready to go. After choosing which term, down payment and monthly payment we were more comfortable with, he submitted the deal to Jay in the finance department. I don't know how he did it, but Jay got approval for our vehicle with the same term and down payment with a lower monthly payment than we had anticipated. We are both highly satisfied and new lifetime Rusty Walls Honda customers. Thanks to the entire team, you guys are great! More

The manager Mike Anderson, would not make a deal over a $300 difference, telling us he would prefer to take his chances selling the vehicle at auction. We left, as we felt very strongly that a $300 reduction in price was not asking too much. My sons called the dealership back to see if we could get the $300 reduction, and once elevated to the General Manager we were asked to back in and make the deal we originally had requested. Bernard and Kevin were great. The matter was out of their hands at this point. Quite honestly, the rating of my experience would have been very poor if it were not for John Haddock. He is very personable and professional. He is a terrific representative for Rusty Wallis More

He is the ONLY reason I'm givng 5 stars for this dealership. Bernard is what I call an "old school" sales consultant. He actually cares about his customers. In spite of upper management giving him a hard time, Bernard continues to go above and beyond the call of duty to keep his customers happy. And he does it with a constant million dollar smile. More

We worked with Bernard and Tommy. Both were very friendly. We came to Rusty Wallace after leaving a different dealership where the salesmen were cocky and rude. Bernard was very nice and at no time friendly. We came to Rusty Wallace after leaving a different dealership where the salesmen were cocky and rude. Excellent all the way around! Bernard Jr. did a great job going through all of the features and options for the Pilot, and honing in on what I wanted. They even got me the color I wanted, even though they didn't have one in stock on their lot. More
