He listened to what I was seeking in a vehicle and the budget I had set for my myself. In one call, he provided me with everything I asked for including a fair trade-in value for my 2013 Ford Fusion. Arriving at our agreed upon appointment time, Craig was waiting and introduced me to Ben Waldon who had my potential new car waiting for me. Ben was very thorough when walking me through all of the features of the QX30. Taking the test drive, I was sold. When Ben introduced me to Sam Ghazai all of my paperwork was ready. Sam walked me through each document and the numbers all aligned with what Craig and I had discussed the prior day. Imagine that!
