Sign and Drive Lease Once Again We came to Ganley Westside Imports North Olmsted Dealership once again to lease another VW as our current lease was almost ended. Heather L and other staff were most gracious and accepted that we were quite familiar with VW and did not even need a test drive. We found a 2016 Jetta that was even more economical for our needs and a 5-speed this time. Only wished there would have been a Jetta manual 5-speed with a sunroof like our previous Wolfsburg in the past. That was one SUPER car! More

He gave me a couple a quotes for the vehicles that I was interested. I followed up with Michael Imbrogno the next day and then drove to the lot to actually test drive the vehicle. I did research online with many other dealers and third party websites that helped with auto purchasing and I ended up buying from Ganley. They had the best price and their people were friendly and helpful without being pushy or trying to make a hard sale. I felt comfortable and ease during my time at the dealership. Very happy with my experience. I am not someone who enjoys shopping for cars or dealing with sales people but Ganley's employees were able to beat my expectations and win me as customer. More

Ben is a very trustworthy guy who really knows his stuff about the makes and models on site and so was very adept at helping me select a car. He listened to what was important to me as a former Volvo owner about the makes and models on site and so was very adept at helping me select a car. He listened to what was important to me as a former Volvo owner (safety, reliability, and value) and steared me first toward a Volkswagaon and then toward a model (the Passat) that fit our needs. He helped me see the benefits of investing in a VW that had enough bells and whistles to keep me happy for several years. I came in leaning toward a Subaru legacy or Hyundai Sonata and left feeling very happy about the VW, which I have a new respet for. I couldn't' the happier with my choice. Ben helped make the overall process of trading in a car and finding and then buying a new one relatively painless. We got in done in less than a day. It was great to be able to bring the car home and have my wife and kids try it out. We also met with the finance guy, Chris! who did a nice job informing us about options and answering my questions about timelines and plans. The guys got the car detailed and ready for us to go right away, I will definitely recommend Ganley and Ben to my family and friends.
