Let me start by saying never use this service department. We have not had a truck for a month now and the only problem is a blown head gasket. When me and my fiancé call all they do is give us the run around We have not had a truck for a month now and the only problem is a blown head gasket. When me and my fiancé call all they do is give us the run around and tell us both different stories. They called me today and told me the inspector had already been out they were calling the extended warranty company to see if they were going to cover it and would call me right back. They did not call me right back so my fiancé called and they told him the inspector wouldn’t be out for 48 to 72 hours. So which story is it? We are definitely trading this truck in once it is fixed which we made known from the beginning. But we will not be doing business with lake city dodge jeep again. And I surely will never recommend them. More
