Kody Blake was a huge help when I lost the only key to my truck. He was able to swiftly locate a key for my vehicle and recover my key code. Rebecca Lawson in mobile service sent a tech to my house while I w truck. He was able to swiftly locate a key for my vehicle and recover my key code. The battery in our Lincoln Continental decided to "die" on Thanksgiving. We contacted our service rep, Joe French, the following day to see how to go about getting the car in for service. We tried to j on Thanksgiving. We contacted our service rep, Joe French, the following day to see how to go about getting the car in for service. We tried to jump start it in the garage, but the battery couldn't hold enough of a charge for us to even push it out. Joe listened, empathized with us about our situation and offered advice. He got in touch with the staff at Klaben Mobile and notified us that someone from that department would call us to set up an appointment to come to our home to fix our car. Within an hour of us finishing our call with Joe, our doorbell rang. It was Cole. He was ready and able to help. He talked with my husband, replaced the battery, checked all of the components and was on his way. He did all this in about 15 minutes. Incredible!!! We were astounded that everything played out the way it did. Everyone that we talked with were professional, friendly, and helpful. Joe French got the ball rolling and the Klaben Mobile staff took the ball and scored. We are very appreciative for all the help that this team provided us. Great Job!!! More
