Although my original choice was sold, I ended up with a higher-end Jeep at a fair price, and I've already received compliments on it just two days after taking it home! Since I live in San Jose, I really appreciated how JP in finance made the process convenient by allowing me to sign most of the paperwork electronically before my 2.5-hour drive. When I arrived, everything was ready to go—I was in and out with my trade-in in just 30 minutes. I also want to thank Jo, the manager, for being so responsive and helpful in answering my questions throughout the process.
