Fast, I was in and out maybe 20 min. I drove in they ask what I needed done. Mins. Later I was out of there. Do you still wash cars with oil change. If so I didn’t get that. very good deal The man we like to deal with is Bang Bui. He's very personable. He seems honest, like I'm going to take care of you. I don't know what goes on in the back office, but we still had to haggle. At first they wanted to charge us $100 a month then their own lease incentive. But I have to say in the end we got a good deal. I guess things never change; its just the nature of the beast. They'll take as much as you're willing to give them. More

Positve experience at Ray Brandt Toyota This was our third visit to Ray Brandt Toyota. The sales associate, Bang Bui, worked with us for two leases of Rav 4s. Each time we were treated without pressure sales techniques. They worked with us to give us a fair lease. Each time the y worked in tandum with Manager Michael Edwards. Your service dept. has been excellent. We would recommend Ray Brandt without reservation. More
