Not sure why this person seemed offended when I inquired about them sharing my phone number over the chat. The last time I shared my phone number online, I received a barrage of phone calls from other parti about them sharing my phone number over the chat. The last time I shared my phone number online, I received a barrage of phone calls from other parties. As soon as I opened the chat I was transferred to a sales agent, although I only wanted to ask a few questions. They were adamant about getting my phone number. I asked if they were going to sell my phone number and she responded "Excuse Me?" Then no further response. Total turn-off before I could get my foot in the door. If I can build my vehicle with another dealership, I will. I've given Mazda of Roswell 3-stars since I haven't gotten very far with them all because of their "brand ambassador." Also, I answered "yes" but I'm neutral about recommending this dealership until I have experienced working with the sales and finance teams. More

The dealership is very inviting, helpful, and personable. Unlike other dealerships (ALM, Carvana) I've spoken with in my used 2019+ Mazda3 search, Mazda of Roswell was willing to come down almost $1000 to meet my price target. I spoke with Bahar over the phone, wh in my used 2019+ Mazda3 search, Mazda of Roswell was willing to come down almost $1000 to meet my price target. I spoke with Bahar over the phone, who facilitated everything including setting up an appointment, explaining everything to me, asking her manager about my price target, etc. She was awesome, probably one of the coolest customer service reps I've spoken with over the phone. Ultimately I didn't purchase from them, but only because I found the same car, in a better color combination with fewer miles, for sale at a different dealership (online). I will, however, be going to Mazda of Roswell to get my Mazda3 serviced in the future. Whatever they're paying Bahar should be increased, because she has made a future recurring customer here just through some phone conversations, and I'm sure many others as well. More

I typically try not to post bad reviews, but my situation with Mazda of Roswell must be heard to future, potential buyers. It started in October 2021, when I was connected to a salesperson (Bahar). After discussing my trade in situation, with much back and forth, she was supposed to let me know as soon as the Miata would arrive at the dealership. Unfortunately, the salesperson had some issues and every time I would reach out to her, she would forget our entire conversation, and I had to start from the beginning, each occurrence. Due to her forgetfulness/lack of customer care, she never informed me when the car arrived, which was sold to someone else. I tried to talk to the internet manager, Aaron, to explain the situation and he agreed to honor the deal on 2021 model for 2022 as soon, as they get the new model in. Today after going to dealership I noticed that the price has increased and finance changed (with high rate interest rate). After almost 4 months of waiting for my car. now they expect me to pay the higher price and higher rate which they claimed that they have to make some money on financing. I walked out of dealership and very upset of the lack of care and where I come from your word is oak, but not these folks…they are just after the money. More

I walked into the showroom sporting my college team shirt. Bahar acknowledged that by giving my school battle cry and I asked her if she was in sales and she brought Trevor over. Then when I said I wa shirt. Bahar acknowledged that by giving my school battle cry and I asked her if she was in sales and she brought Trevor over. Then when I said I was interested in the MX5 he just seemed to light up(he has one) and then we both knew I was not leaving without that car! Then here comes Aaron and Louis, who both have MX5s. I am toast at this point....and basking in the warmth. It was an enjoyable experience obtaining a car from these folks. Trevor even followed me home to leave my truck and bring me back to the store(in his MX5) so I could drive my new MX5 home. More
