I bought 2/28/26 a car for my daughter,! have to bring car to cleaning and all service that needs to be done on Monday( 3/2/26) @ 9a.m! Car stay all day long- service as colante and tires checked was not fone! My daughter had to leave the car again! I am very disapointed with the service Wolkswagen has provided! Manager and service guys not nice!! Salesperson trying his best!! My oldest daughter had to drive my young est back and forte Another words car was with you guys for all day! Not ready! Tomorrow the car has to come to her not later than noon! And all service done! Gas on the car!Do lado need to send this message to news!! I was offended by the slight remark of the first customer service gentleman I had to deal with. I knew what was wrong with my car because my dad is a retired comment and he made a smirking noise and proceede service gentleman I had to deal with.
