We had a great experience today when I bought my first Kia. Mr. Dzinic was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was on a tight budget and I knew what I needed to spend. The schedule is overbooked and the wait times to receive even routine maintena However, I know from experience, the service department is a hot mess. The schedule is overbooked and the wait times to receive even routine maintenance are typically outrageous. I’ve waited upwards of 2 hours for an oil change. You can also count on waiting up to a couple of weeks out to schedule service of any kind. I’m hoping to continue to take my new car there for service, but they will have to earn back my business.
