Quick and Painless I had the pleasure of working with Aws and Nate to purchase a new Rav4, yesterday. I knew exactly the vehicle and options that I wanted. Aws and I had negotiated a price, via multiple emails, before I came into the dealership. I was working with several dealerships to negotiate the best price and Aws was very patient, attentive but never pushy. He said he will beat any offer a customer brings him. I will admit that I expected some sort of bait and switch but there was no attempt to change the deal or up-sell. I had my financing pre-approved and we were in and out in about 2 hours. Aws and Nate were both very nice, friendly, fun guys. It was a pleasure to work with the Royal Moore staff. More
