My only real complaint is really regarding the dealership website and how it provides "Save Time" type options for pre-qualifying and filling out your My only real complaint is really regarding the dealership website and how it provides "Save Time" type options for pre-qualifying and filling out your financing application so it will shave off oh what ever the hour period of time it states. Irritated that that information was not available and used at the time I rolled into the dealership. Had to pencil in a form which was irritating and makes me question where my personal information actually landed on the web. I know someone received something because it triggered a phone call for sales to call me. Myself coming from the IT side of a fortune 500 company made this a bit more frustrating. Get the resource hand off figured out or remove it from the site to avoid more customer frustration and over promising. More
