"Easy and effortless from afar"
Dealt with Chris Legge on the phone, asked him about a 2019 Ram Classic Express, wanted to know about whether they had a model in stock., wanted to price match another dealership, which was not a problem, and then added a few extra options. Did it all and called him when I wanted to pickup my new truck. Chris was busy that day with another project but he had arraigned for Austin Gauld to help me out with my purchase, which again was effortless. Was ready to go within less then an hour, between us we both forgot a piece of paper with the transaction but NP, Austin had it couriered to me within a day. Austin was able to show me the in and outs of the truck, as it was my first truck, and he also answered all of our questions at the same time. Chris also took a bit of time out of his schedule to say hi and congratulations, and we caught up a bit, as this was our second vehicle purchased from Chris, which was main reason I returned to LCC, even though I am now living 4.5 hours away. Thanks Guys

We have never shopped or done service at LCC other than my etest. Out of the blue employee Austin reached out via text to invite us to a sale weekend. They explained that this form of advertising saves money passed back to the customer. We came in and he and John quickly figured out our needs and Austin recommended the Jeep Cherokee North. It was the perfect match for us and we are loving it. Mandy their administrator extraordinaire worked her magic behind the scenes and had such a great personality that reaffirmed for us that these are all people we want to work with going forward. Looking forward to a long LCC relationship!

I have bought cars from Austin (LCC) twice and I'm certainly not looking at another dealership again. Austin was very attentive to my family needs, knowledgeable about the vehicle, safety and getting us the best packages. He listened to what we wanted, gave us several options and didn't push for a sale. Very personal yet professional. I called several times with many questions after closing the deal and each time he recognized my voice and gave me the answers i needed. I went back for my second car and got 5 star treatment! He helped me get the best rates and even moved my baby's car seat to the new car. I really feel like I am valued at LCC. I highly recommend talking to Austin if you're in the market for a new car

Over the past few months I had been looking into a new vehicle. My visits at other dealerships included sales people without much knowledge, ridiculous sales pitches (you must decide now because I'll never be able to get this deal for you again...) and worst of all, lack of followup. I met with Austin over the holidays, he was very knowledgable, answered all my questions (and I had alot) and best of all he followed up. I was scanning the Internet (Carguru) searching for a possible trade of our clean, lovely 2013 Cadillac ATS, iI saw a grey 2010 Cadillac SRX. I continued my search, saw many others, but was continuously drawn back to the car at London City Chrysler. Austin Gauld sent me a message inviting us to visit London to see it. So happened our Grandson, who was getting married, and his future bride, we're having a Jack and Jill Shower. We visited Austin at London City Chrysler and took the car for a test drive. It was pouring rain so Mr. Gauld brought the car into a service bay so we could see it. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the car. We picked it up the next Sarurday again in the rain. Later that week we discovered a problem that we thought was a serious concern. We contacted Austin who assured us it would be looked after. It was. Thanks to Ausrin, his manager and the service department they took care of our problem. We were welcomed, treated with respect, care and concern by Austin especially, his superior, and Tina in service, as well as others. Ours was a very pleasant experience at London City Chrysler.
