This was my first time financing a car at a dealership. I had come in over the weekend to test drive a Nissan. Ashley Ramsey helped give me a whole bunch of information on what I needed to know when purchasing a vehicle. She was very polite and funny. She explained how much I should try to get for a down payment to be approved at my credit level. I went home and figured out if I could get the minimum amount together. I reached out again to set an appointment for the upcoming Monday to look at a car I hadn’t test driven, but really caught my eye. I my heart set on this car, but wasn’t sure if the bank would approve the finance so I began looking at other options. However, my rep Jason Bonilla, could see that I really didn’t want any other car compared to my first pick. He put it through and I was approved, but the payments were a little higher than what I could afford. He worked it out so I could get the car I wanted and have a more affordable monthly payment. Jason was super chill and very thorough. He even calmed me down when I was being impatient with my insurance. For the down payment and signing of documentation I worked with Rey Almonte. He explained my warranties and any other products my month payment would allow. He was very thorough and I appreciated that. I was only there two hours which would’ve been less had my insurance not taken it’s sweet time. Safe to say I came out a happy customer and drove it off the lot that night. I highly recommend this dealership.

Jacob was fantastic, both very knowledgeable and upfront from the beginning. I appreciated how accommodating everyone we interacted with was in relation to my timeline, and in making everything as easy as possible. It felt more like they were working with me to get exactly what I wanted rather than just trying to sell something. Keira and Juan were extremely helpful as well!

While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, Ashley let me test drive a new Mazda and had a nice chat. I also had a wonderful conversation with the follow-up by email with Jorell, who answered my questions about 2019 CX-5, which I might purchase.
I would also like to say special thanks to the mechanic who serviced my car! (I'm not sure if I remember his name correctly, sorry)
All in all, very friendly atmosphere at the showroom, great staff and nice cars. I enjoyed my visit and will be coming back again to Sport Mazda.

Bought the first two at a competitor, which always seemed like a good choice, but this time around, my regular spot gave me a bit of a runaround. Decided to go to OBT (which is never fun) in hopes of getting a more reasonable deal. I did. Very nice dealership, lots of people involved in creating a positive experience, and it turned out being as quick as reasonably possible to conduct the transaction. Only complaint is that there was still a good dose of negotiating... I just wish there is more of a our first deal is always our best deal concept in car buying. Saves everybody time. That was not Ashley's fault - she was exceptional at every step of the way. Knowledgeable and patient.

I am not aware of your situation and cannot comment on the negotiating process other than to say I will remind our sales managers of their need to make sure every negotiation that takes place is necessary and the reason communicated to the customer. Transparency is one thing I always insist on for our customers. What you see or hear from us before your visit, is exactly what you will get when you arrive. That is why we offer bottom line pricing upon request to customers before they visit.
