I’ve been coming here for all my car upgrades as the staff has been extremely helpful. I knew who I was wanting to work with so I’d don’t have a need of anyone to approach me but I observed them while I waited and they just seem not to care as much. It didn’t affect me but it’s hard to sell cars if you’re not in the “mood” to or at least that’s what it looked like. My rating is not for the people I worked with but the environment. The next day, I called Mealey’s Sport Mazda South, located at 9786 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, FL. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the professionalism, quick responses, and stress-free communication I received regarding my inquiry. I spoke with Ms. Ashley Ramsey, who provided me with detailed information about the CX-90 in white and blue. I mentioned I had a trade-in that was appraised through Kelley Blue Book, and she not only honored the appraisal but also offered an additional discount—saving me even more. Later that day, I visited the dealership and was assisted by Ms. Patricia Argüelles. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain all the vehicle’s features, gave me a test drive, and even helped me transfer all my belongings into my new car once everything was finalized. We stopped by the Mazda dealership to test drive a new SUV. We were fortunate enough to have Mustapha help us! He was friendly, thorough and patient. Mustapha showed us all the bells and whistles, had both my husband and I take turns checking out the new features, and was just really great throughout the process! When it came to the numbers, he was equally as great with helping us get breakdowns in our budget! At the end I felt so comfortable with everything that I told him I’d be back the next day to buy! Long story short, we ended up solidifying the purchase and the next day (his day off), he showed up and helped us wrap up the deal and get the car ready for us to take home!
