Good afternoon. There was one problem during my service visit. I was told on the multi-point inspection form that I needed immediate attention for coolant which was There was one problem during my service visit. I was told on the multi-point inspection form that I needed immediate attention for coolant which was $189.99. It really puzzled me because I just had it done with you all 5 months ago. I questioned the lady and asked her to pull it up in your system and she said, yes ma'am you did just had it done. If I would not have questioned her I would have spent $189.99 unnecessary. I was very disappointed. I caught Nissan's mistake but how many people don't catch Nissan's mistakes. No one wants to spend unnecessary money. It comes down to being to trust Nissan's technician to provide truthful information. More
