I recently traded my Accord for a HR-V. It was a very pleasant experience. Mike Bennice was excellent at getting me into the exact the car I wanted. The finance guy was excellent also. My brakes failed this morning on a car I bought elsewhere. Mohawk got me in quickly and drove me home to wait. They called me with the diagnosis soon after which Ashley explained clearly and concis elsewhere. Mohawk got me in quickly and drove me home to wait. They called me with the diagnosis soon after which Ashley explained clearly and concisely. They completed the work by mid afternoon. They sent another car to bring me back to the service station. Their driving was complimentary. The drivers were both polite, professional. The service advisor, Ashley, was excellent throughout. The price was extraordinarily fair. What could have been an especially bad day ended up being a great day due to the positive attitudes, expert knowledge and service, and professionalism shown by each person I dealt with along the way - from the guy who answered the phone in the morning who showed flexibility in scheduling my appointment to the guy who wished me well out the door. As mentioned, Ashley was great - and I didn't even tell you about how she saved me money without compromising workmanship or quality. Thank you Ashley and everyone at Mohawk Honda. I have never had such a good experience with servicing cars in my 35 years of owning cars. More

I had the absolute best experience at Mohawk Honda this past week with Ashley D. in service. I arrived at 9 AM for my 170,000 mile check up. I had asked that they take a look at my vehicle as she is gett past week with Ashley D. in service. I arrived at 9 AM for my 170,000 mile check up. I had asked that they take a look at my vehicle as she is getting on in years (2006) but still runs like a top! Unfortunately, they found several things that needed to be fixed. Ashley explained each item to me and advised how long it was going to take. She kept checking back with me and with the mechanic working on my vehicle. I am happy to say everything was taken care of and I felt a definite change in the ride home-for the BETTER!! Ashley also ordered a couple little parts that I needed. Once they were both there I received a call to have it taken care of in two days. I drove in that day and Ashley's smiling face was there to greet me. They fixed my vehicle quickly and I was ready to go. I then asked about another accessory I was thinking about, she found the price, advised me. I gave ok and she ordered it and now I am in great shape. I can't say enough good things about Ashley and Mohawk Honda! Thank you for all the great work that you do!! Keep it up. More
