I am new to the area and on at least three occasions, they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before the they have helped me out and been just wonderful. One time was for a much needed flat tire and the service department got me in 20 minutes before they closed and put on a new tire and on the management side, I had a lease turn in which I was dreading, and they could not have been more helpful - Asher even arranged for a driver to take me home. I was so impressed with Asher and the dealership. I have suggested to my other friends/family who own Mercedes to come to this dealership for both sales and service. More

This is my second car from Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis within a year &usual they did not disappoint! Derek my salesperson again was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Left the dealership planning a 5 star review but called our sales associate back with important questions a few days after the sale finalized and was told I'd get a return call. Also emailed. I ended up, with some effort, connecting to a different associate. I felt like the sales person was interested until the sale was made. Communication that soon after the sale is key.
