I was dreading having to deal with "car salesmen" but Nelson and Amanda were friendly, helpful and professional. Nelson came in on his day off to help me and Amanda was so available during my decision-making process which took several days. Managers Cody and Arturo and even the reception staff were all part of my positive experience at MBOTW. Even though my car is not a Mercedes, because of the professionalism and friendliness of everyone there, I will recommend MBOTW for a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

A Senior Dream Comes True When I arrived at the MBOTW dealership, I had an idea of the model MB I wanted. I was enthusiastically greeted by Sales Client Advisor- Monica Sauced When I arrived at the MBOTW dealership, I had an idea of the model MB I wanted. I was enthusiastically greeted by Sales Client Advisor- Monica Sauceda. She proceeded in showing me a similar model in their beautiful showroom. Monica did not pressure me, and she could sense my apprehension, and with her assurance that I would be able to buy a new MB. Monica throughout the entire process displayed expertise , professionalism, tenacity, friendliness, compassion and truly a genuine warmth in my buying process. Monica you are SUPERB!!! Everything was completely straight forward and there were no hidden costs in our contract.. not like other horror stories that you hear about. The service and vehicle prices are not even as high as we thought. We recommend that everyone at least give them a shot, if you are in the market for a vehicle. More

Fabulous service My salesman, Mike Larramore, took a great deal of time to show me all the cars and features I wanted to investigate, and after I placed my order kept My salesman, Mike Larramore, took a great deal of time to show me all the cars and features I wanted to investigate, and after I placed my order kept me up to date on where my car was in the build and ship process....and it came in early! When the car came in he went through all the features with me and followed up with me the next day to make sure I got everything programmed the way I wanted. The facility is spotless, and everyone was very nice. There is a great cafe with free beverages, sandwiches, ice cream, etc. I know the service manager, and when I found out he was now working here, that sealed the deal! Looking forward to being a member of the Mercedes Benz clientele. More

Above and beyond my expectations. I drove different types of vehicles before and also had leased an ML350. I went back and forth for 3 consecutive days and I for frustrated so I went to the next door dealership and for us a Truck. Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands changed that experience into an unforgettable wonderful experience. They were very helpful and attentive. They listened and tried their very best to provide me the best service I could ever get. They made me feel like a million dollar customer even though I am just an ordinary individual that trying to get a vehicle.
