Antonio kept me fully informed throughout the build and delivery process, and even went out of his way to pick me up and take me to the dealership to finalize paperwork before taking delivery in late January, which was ahead of schedule. During the financing process, Arturo was informative, straightforward and forthright in his product presentation. Again, no pressure or hard sell to add unwanted protection or coverage, just honest information that allowed me to make the most informed decision best suited to my needs and wants. MBOTW will be my first choice in all future car purchases. It doesn't hurt that I absolutely love my new C43, either. More

The sales people from Anthony Surface and his co-worker Nelson Sioson, to the finance "Arturo" are all excellent people. They are honest and gives you options to help you out. I was mentioning a small chip on a vehicle to Nelson, Immediately Anthony came confirming that it will be taken care of. Don't know when and how Nelson conveyed that to Anthony. They are really good and most of all, the dealership seem new and they are willing to go all the way to earn your business and build a reputation. Really, do not waste time, just come here if you are really serious and interested to buy a Mercedes, period. Come from LA or OK or anywhere in US, this is THE place for good VALUE. More

I was extremely pleased with the deal, on a car that was not easily found, and was better than others in my local area. The dealership was kept open later for customers like me (we were the last), doing a last day of the month deal. We went through F&I (Paula and Arturo were excellent), and things went professionally and smoothly. I didn't feel overly pressured to buy additional items, but did choose the prepaid maintenance. Even though we were at 10pm after F&I (taking less than an hour), Katelyn patiently went through the details and functions of the car to our satisfaction. Most definitely an enjoyable and beautiful experience to start our Benz ownership. I highly recommend the team I worked with! More

Swift & Virtually Pain-free Starting with the friendly greeting I received from Chris Taylor right when I walked in, culminating in a vehicle purchase masterfully handled by Kris Starting with the friendly greeting I received from Chris Taylor right when I walked in, culminating in a vehicle purchase masterfully handled by Kriss Arbury and Arturo on the paperwork end , my trip to MBOTW was an unexpected pleasure. It's probably not the best idea to decide to go car shopping on a Friday night after a long stressful week at the office, but this excursion was definitely the exception to that rule. It was a swift and virtually pain-free experience (unlike going to the dentist). From start to finish, I was in and out in about an hour and a half driving away in my new car.
