There is a culture at this store that is the target for many but seldom is it attained. We have worked with Marcos Morales, Sales Client Advisor, in the past. He has always been exceptional. Because of the excellent experience that we enjoyed with Marcos in terms of Sales, follow-up and on going communications, we scheduled our appointment for our second car with Marcos once again. However, due to the birth of his daughter, he was unable to make the appointment. Marcos was thoughtful enough to make arrangements for us to work with another Sales Client Advisor, Sammy Mourtada. Cannot say enough about how professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and in general, how much of a pleasure it was to work with Sammy. Such a Gentleman. We had the pleasure of working with Arturo Gutierrez, as our Finance Manger, for the second time. He is easy to work with, genuine, authentic and brings an ease in his approach that makes the finance process a breeze. This gentleman, is the guy you want to work with in making your financial arrangements. Our lease turn-in was evaluated by Nick Botusan. I dropped a deposit and flew up to get the car and they had someone meet me at the airport. Michael Lilley and Nick Botusan were extremely accommodating and the one issue we had was a crack in the windscreen which Nick offered to replace on the spot or refund me for as I had a 1000 mile drive home and wanted to get started. Even that was a pleasurable experience as they made the whole process easy and with no pressure whatsoever, at any time. Usually the finance guy is trying to pressure you into an upsell but Arturo Gutierrez was awesome. He'd sent me data before leaving and then walked me thought he whole process with calm and easy to understand explanations and absolutely no negativity when I turned some offers down. David Gonzales walked me though the cars controls and answered even the dumbest questions with grace. There was never any pressure and I enjoyed it so much that put of 19 car purchases over the last thirty years this is the one dealer I actually plan on returning to. Particularly for cars for my daughters and this cars replacement in a few years. These guys are brilliant. Thanks to Arturo, Kriss, David, Nick and the team over there. I had such a good time I took the long way home and didn't get out of the car for the first four and a half hours. Back roads and a great time! More
