Even though it took several times coming into the dealership and negotiating my price & payments. The solution was finally solved. I highly recommend that anyone wanting to by a Mercedes, go see Cynthia. Michael Lilley was helpful also. Although, one day the "deal" was on the table and the next day when we went to sign, it was not available again (had to do w/ the end of the month qualifiers). He called me though the following day and made it to where the original deal stood. More

We decided to drive up to The Woodlands dealership after visiting another Mercedes dealership that lacked the ability to focus on our needs. Martin Korn stepped up to help us, and made the whole experience a pleasure. He had more information about the vehicle than we could possibly assimilate. Martin was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. He was pleasant to work with and no one at the dealership including Michael Lilley who helped negotiate the sale, ever added any pressure. They honestly never made us feel like we were negotiating, but more like we were having a discussion of differences. Car buying has never been a pleasant experience for us, EXCEPT for this purchase. Even the time we spent with Arturo Gutierrez who handled the financing paperwork, was enjoyable. Before we drove away, we spent more time with Noelia (Nellie) Murphy who provided an orientation on the features in the car answering all our questions. It was obvious everyone at this dealership loved their job---they love their product, they enjoy helping the customer become familiar with it, and you walk away knowing you have purchased a quality product, backed by a great team demonstrating superior customer service. When I flew down to pick it up, the car was waiting for me on the showroom floor at the agreed upon price with no surprises. Both Kriss and Mike were fantastic to work with, and they both accommodated all of my requests some of which were a bit off the beaten path. No pressure from either, just honest hard work on their part to get my business. Anthony Cruz gave me a thorough run through of the car's features and set things up to my liking.
