He took the time to show me features on the vehicle that I hadn’t even noticed, which I really appreciated. A few days after my purchase, I noticed a rattle coming from the muffler. Trent made sure it was checked out promptly and arranged a loaner vehicle for me while mine was being serviced. He even ensured my SUV was detailed and cleaned before returning it to me. Every time I visited, he made sure I felt comfortable and welcome—always reminding me to grab a drink or a snack. His communication is impeccable, and he follows through on everything he says. Trent is truly an amazing individual, and I would absolutely do business with him again. Highly recommend! I give the dealership 4 stars because there were a couple of things that could have been handled differently, but overall it was still a good experience. More
