I had a fantastic experience working with Trent when I purchased my SUV. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and paid close attention to every detail. He took the time to show me features on the vehicle tha purchased my SUV. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and paid close attention to every detail. He took the time to show me features on the vehicle that I hadn’t even noticed, which I really appreciated. A few days after my purchase, I noticed a rattle coming from the muffler. Trent made sure it was checked out promptly and arranged a loaner vehicle for me while mine was being serviced. He even ensured my SUV was detailed and cleaned before returning it to me. Every time I visited, he made sure I felt comfortable and welcome—always reminding me to grab a drink or a snack. His communication is impeccable, and he follows through on everything he says. Trent is truly an amazing individual, and I would absolutely do business with him again. Highly recommend! I give the dealership 4 stars because there were a couple of things that could have been handled differently, but overall it was still a good experience. More
