I purchased my vehicle September 2022 while I was out of the country, just to return and find they had sold it (it was supposed to be shipped from Atlanta). After considerable back and forth I was given an the country, just to return and find they had sold it (it was supposed to be shipped from Atlanta). After considerable back and forth I was given an alternate vehicle that was being shipped from the manufacturer, which I received November. I was advised that the spare key was on back order and that I would receive it within a couple of months. Well it's been 15 months and still no key. I spoke with the salesman at the dealership at least three times starting at about six months after purchase and he finally said that he can't do anything that I have to contact the corporate office. I spoke with the corporate office and was told that I would receive a letter in the mail within a two weeks to go pick up my key. I didn't receive the letter after two months and called corporate back and was told that when they look up my vin number it shows that the letter will go out within the week. It's five months later and I go to get my car serviced and get the run around about the whereabouts of my spare key. I spoke to the salesperson in person and he said to speak to the service provider and cashier, and advised me that he was working on four people with the same issue, however there was a person with a a 2024 that has just gotten their spare key. I spoke with the cashier who said speak with service provider. While looking for the service provider I ran into the guy that did my financial agreement and told him what was going on and he immediately pulled the manager of sales in and he started working on it. I called corporate again and they advised that they don't have anything to indicate I'm due another key. I explained to her what happened and she asked to speak with the service manager. After she spoke with the manager they ordered me a key. This took over an hour of back and forth and 15 months of waiting as well as several people being less than truthful. The service provider told me that if I lost my key I would have to pay for a spare although I was due a spare with my purchase, and suggested that I get the digital key. They were supposed to wash my car and it looked exactly the same as it did when I brought it in. The rims were dusty and there was still debris in the center console. More
