If integrity is important to you as it is to me do not do business with Ray Chevrolet. I put a deposit on a truck May 12. At 9:30 at night June 2 which is the last day of their financial before the new promo business with Ray Chevrolet. I put a deposit on a truck May 12. At 9:30 at night June 2 which is the last day of their financial before the new promotions come out. I got a phone call from Arnold the manager wanting to complete financing. I told him it was not appropriate to try to push that late. Last month it was 0% financing this is 2.9% financing plus, I also lost $2000 Chevrolet incentives.So the truck was finally delivered to Chevrolet this is not Ray Chevrolet's lot. This is the lot where they transfer all of to the different dealerships. And at that lot the tires were stolen that is not Ray Chevrolet's fault but what is their fault is lyingto me when they knew full well what was going on with the truck. I asked Arnold the manager what was going on and he told me he had no idea when he 100 what was going onhe has no integrity. As far as the salesman goes Hugo in a month and a half. I never once spoke with him. I would call this dealership and they would hang up on me or they would tell me they were going to call back and never did this happened at least 10times probably more without a doubt the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have no integrity in my eyes are no better than a used car lot buyer beware. I gave them a deposit May 12 it is June 27 and I told them today to refund my money. I have purchased a truck elsewhere. I have also filed a complaint with Chevrolet. Not that it will do much good. More

Our salesperson, Jonathan was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we pur in-person sales processes to be clear and well organized. The finance team provided a number of options to complete the purchase and a "no pressure" review of available service contract products. While we haven't interacted with the service department yet, if they approach their jobs in the same way the sales team does, I anticipate a long-term relationship. More
