Incompetence is the word. They are unable to fix a car the first time, or often the second time. I dropped off my jaguar for evaluation (11/23/24) and repair (after taking it in 3 times within 4weeks before the problem was addressed). It was not until 3/4/24 before it was ready for pick up. The part repair (after taking it in 3 times within 4weeks before the problem was addressed). It was not until 3/4/24 before it was ready for pick up. The part that was ordered and installed was incorrect, which caused a delay. Also, I picked the car up 2/14/24 but the engine light came back on before I could get home, so I turned around and took it back. It was another 2 weeks before I was called to pick it up again. More
