I’ve lived in Louisville since 2008. Before the car business I attended the University of Louisville with the intention of becoming a dentist. I've been with Courtesy Buick GMC since 2015. Meeting new people is the best part of my job. In my spare time I like to travel, watch movies and I usually workout six times per week. I purchased a new GMC truck in March. It turned out to be a lemon. However my treatment by both Courtesy Buick GMC, and GM was beyond exceptional. Frank, the general manager at courtesy B It turned out to be a lemon. However my treatment by both Courtesy Buick GMC, and GM was beyond exceptional. Frank, the general manager at courtesy Buick GMC clearly articulated the buyback process. While not being what I wanted to hear his honesty about the process set my expectations. Frank and his sales team kept me up to date on the progress throughout. I feel like they went the extra mile to help me through an unexpected circumstance. Travis and Tony, in the service department also treated me with respect and consideration. They kept me in a loner car all summer as my situation was being resolved, I can not say enough how much I appreciated that. Courtesey Buick GMC, is a dealership that has a culture that is centered around the customer.
