I forgot the name of my service advisor but I believe she is your go to bilingual service person if that helps. She was very friendly, and kept me in the loop of the maintenance. Even the staff roaming the lot would kindly talk with me in passing while I was waiting for my truck. Just recently had my car in for the Maus care oil change and came home to find writing on my engine cover of the quantity of oil the car takes. Not cool, I don't go into the dealership and write on your and came home to find writing on my engine cover of the quantity of oil the car takes. Not cool, I don't go into the dealership and write on your stuff. Still trying to get the marks off, it looks like they used a greese pen. The 2 service advisors I've worked with in the past have been fine though. More
