We had a nice surprise while visiting Lancaster Toyota. Tony greeted us when we entered the lot, asking what we were looking for. Needless to say, Tony and Kevin did not disappoint. Tony found us a 2021 Jeep Cherokee within the price range. It met all her criteria and then some. Heated seats, blind spot warnings, and a smooth drive. It wasn't too big and gave her wide visibility. After our test drive, Tony gave us time to think, was not overly pushy, and then guided us through the process. (not true) so we took the car to Lancaster and nobody knew anything about Toneys promise regarding the repair, during a somewhat heated conversation at the reception desk the General Sales manager stepped in and did apologize for the mis understandings and promised to make things right, not only did he follow through on his word we got a set of floor mats for absolutely free. yes I would buy my next car from Lancaster Toyota, after all we all already bought 3 at this location but we will not deal with TONY More

I started with an KBB appointment with the used car manager who was low key, personable and explained his philosophy and willingness to buy a used car even if I did not end up buying one. While the appraisal was in progress, Tony, also a personable guy, and I discussed what I was looking for and he showed me several vehicles in addition to taking a couple of test drives. I had to leave but Tony texted me the used car offer a short time later and it was more than I had expected. I returned later with my wife for her to check out the RAV4 and we decided to purchase it. The wait for all of the paperwork is never pleasant but it was faster than past experiences at other locations over the years. Overall, everyone was laid back and pleasant as was the general showroom atmosphere. More
