The actual buying process was good, but service department is horrible. The service department and the reaction of management when I complained was very very disappointing. Wish I would have never bought a vehicle from them!!!!! They basically ruined what should have been a happy day. Service manager is an embarrassment and the general sales manger is very condescending. The GM Mr Yeager did help out in the end but still not happy and will never be. Really disappointing and dont even want the truck anymore and have contacted Toyota corporate. More

Kevin and Manuel are absolutely amazing! They def went above n beyond. However in saying that I never received a phone call about my new rugs that go in the back n the front and i didn’t rec They def went above n beyond. I text Kevin my new number and he never called back as well. We had a nice surprise while visiting Lancaster Toyota. Tony greeted us when we entered the lot, asking what we were looking for. Needless to say, Tony and Kevin did not disappoint. Tony found us a 2021 Jeep Cherokee within the price range. It met all her criteria and then some. Heated seats, blind spot warnings, and a smooth drive. It wasn't too big and gave her wide visibility. After our test drive, Tony gave us time to think, was not overly pushy, and then guided us through the process. He and the Toyota team took time to answer questions and adjusted to our needs by finding discounts where they could, and were overall reassuring. Service was super. More

Great atmosphere, Manny is a great Salesperson, easy to work with. I was not in the market for a new vehicle however, when one caught my eye Manny made sure all my questions were answered and worked the be work with.
