Sometimes a No Sale is a Good Thing Recently we went online and saw a great Jeep for my daughter and said it was the perfect car. We went to Dallas Lease Returns and had an appointment with Anthony Zegarelli. We put a deposit down to hold the Jeep. He had the car all ready and we test drove it and it was great. We were going to pick it up a couple of days later and do all of the paperwork in the meantime. The paperwork was complete and we were going to buy it. But before the pickup, my daughter said she liked the car but did not really love it. I told Anthony about our change of heart on the Jeep. Anthony's response was simple. He said ok, let's find another car. He was not angry, he did not pressure her, he simply wanted her to be happy with her purchase . Currently we are watching the DLR website for the perfect car and Anthony will be our salesman for sure. If you want a salesman that cares about getting you the car you want without the high pressure sales tactics, Anthony is your man. Great hire Dallas Lease Returns!!!!!! More
