I got a text to fill out for pick up. Paid and was directed to go pick up my car. Turns out that paying and filling out the form makes. I differencce. I was told to make a line, waited for the cashier to pull out my record as I was trying to explain what I was going through. The cashier showed no interest, belittled my concern and spoke over me. She told me only they could request for my car to be picked up. Then What is the purpose of the online form? The cashier had no reason to get upset and be rude! More
