I got there at 5:35 for a 6pm oil change appointment. That turned into a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. No one checked me in for 45 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to be seen. I asked them to look into my TPMS warning That turned into a 4 1/2 hour ordeal. No one checked me in for 45 minutes. Then it took 3 hours to be seen. I asked them to look into my TPMS warning. They said I had a mail in the tire. They put in a plug instead of changing the tire. My TPMS light has been on for 5 weeks because they didn’t fix the leak! I went to another dealership to fix it only to be told they can’t honor the tire warranty & to go back to my home dealership. Now I’m waiting for someone to call me to get a loaner so I can get the tire changed. I got the car in July! This service is horrible More

So initially I was really upset about some issues I was having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans having with cpo 2016 Honda Accord, and the service center. After just a few hours , I was called back and Denise reached out to my finance dept ans go the extra steps needed to have my car repaired,and had the manager Alex reach out to me as well. He asked that I bring my vehicle in and I did the very next morning. Alex and Denise greeted me listened to my issues and immediately had a technician on working on my vehicle. After just a short time he came out and explained exactly what the issue was and offered me the solutions to fix my vehicle. After my recent experience with the service department and Denise and Alex I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from paragon Honda. I am currently sitting in their office and elated that my vehicle will be repaired. The both of these employees have gone above and beyond to listen to me and help me, and address my issues and concerns and finally make me happy satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend paragon Honda and their cpo vehicles and their service center. More

I took my 2019 Honda Civic to Paragon Honda on Friday May 27th. The problem being that the car’s AC blows hot air on the driver’s side. This is a factory defect, the condenser leaks, and Honda sent a letter 27th. The problem being that the car’s AC blows hot air on the driver’s side. This is a factory defect, the condenser leaks, and Honda sent a letter stating the warranty on the condenser is extended for 10 years. Well, I tried calling my service advisor, who is the worst by the way, to ask about the status of my car and he never called me back. I even emailed him and he didn’t respond. I went to pick up my car on Saturday, José Rojas, my designated service advisor made up that my car was fixed and that it was the condenser which is covered by the extended warranty. I got in the car, the AC blew even hotter air, meaning that the car was never fixed. They never touched my car. I told José the AC was not working still and he pretended to be surprised and said that there must’ve been something else wrong. He said my car would be done first thing Sunday morning. When I went to pick up my car, José was nowhere to be found since it’s his day off. I asked an employee, who reluctantly helped, about the status of my car. She said that the problem was not the condenser but they don’t know where the leak is coming from. So they were asking for me to pay $550 to fix something they supposedly did not know why it was happening. This leads me to believe they just don’t want to honor the extended warranty. There’s no way Paragon Honda should be allowed to say the offer a service when the reality is they don’t. More

1 star is actually a compliment for this place. I loathe taking my car to this service center but my Honda has an AC recall, it keeps making weird noises so here we are. My car is no longer covered my the warranty, however the representative that helped me did not mention that because of this, I had to pay $165 just for them to take a look. Initially I was told the $165 charge was for having the power outlet changed (something I specifically said I did not want). And this is my problem with them, they always no matter what will charge you an x amount of money. Or they will lie and say your car needs several things fixed so they the bill you at least $800-$1,000. Also, their current manager was incredibly condescending, sexist and rude when we talked over the phone regarding the $165 charge. He said: “Do you think my technician is going take a look at your car for free? Who’s going to pay him?”. If that’s how he treats the customers, I can only imagine the xxxx his employees must go through with him, especially the female ones. More

Independent mechanic checked it out and said that I still have half of the brakes there. SO THEY JUST WANTED TO SCAM ME OF $631. THE REAR DRUM BRAKES ARE RATED FOR 90K MILES AND THEY WANTED ME TO CHANGE THE REAR BRAKES TOO. I DID 39K MILES WHEN THEY OFFERED THE JOB TO ME. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. More

The worse service, really disappointing how they speak to you as a client. Took my car 2 weeks ago all day and returned it with absolutely no service done and said nothing was needed. All the lights on my car were on and now 2 weeks later my car won’t turn on. In all actually my car was due for service too and if they would have done their job, I would have my car functioning as it should. I spoke to 2 woman Patricia and Carolina in the service dept extremely rude and denied me speaking to a manager and left me on hold and hung up. I called back and left me on hold again and hung up, then called back and absolutely no answer. Someone calle Sayed was a total classless act person on the phone as well. I’m disgusted by their unprofessional behavior. Can’t wait for my lease to end and never have to deal with them again. I wouldn’t recommend this place. More
