Out of all the dealerships I've been to the past 6 months, Thai Nguyen has delivered an exceptional customer experience in purchasing my new 2024 Prius. From the moment he picked up the phone he was c months, Thai Nguyen has delivered an exceptional customer experience in purchasing my new 2024 Prius. From the moment he picked up the phone he was completely honest, caring, and transparent with the entire process-- something that is unfortunately rare to find in dealerships now days. I had to fly in from Los Angeles because many dealerships around here have been dishonest, borderline unethical and greedy with some of their practices. Both Thai & Anthony (General manager) helped me secure a great deal, and I was on the plane the following day. Thai helped streamline the entire process, stayed up till 11 pm helping me look for flights and kept updating me on the vehicle. He genuinely looks out for his customers as if they were his family. If I had to purchase another vehicle again, I would not hesitate to fly back up there. I highly recommend contacting Thai for your next car. More

My salesman Thai was amazing! I told him what I liked and wanted, and he was able to find the perfect vehicle to match everything that I wanted. I already had a pre-approval from my credit union, and the whole team was able to get me in and out super fast. The longest portions of the visit were doing the paperwork and having the car washed and fueled up, which was still very fast which was taken care of when I had to go home to run and errand, and by the time I was home, Thai was able to pick me up from my home to pick up the car when it was ready. Excellent service! More

The overall process was smooth and everyone was nice. However it was too long. We waited for more than an hour to see the finance manager.
