We continue to trust the Volvo brand for its style, safety and reliability, however, the folks at Annapolis Volvo are a pleasure to work with when it comes to a purchase. Frank, Mike Mayfield and Anthony are ultimate professionals at what they do. These guys never pressure you into a decision; they allow you to make up your own mind. If you don't see a vehicle that you want on the lot, they will try to find the exact car you want - not try to persuade you into something other than your desired car. When I came to the dealership to inspect the V70 RDesign on a Saturday afternoon in February, I informed Mike Mayfield and Anthony Ferrogine that I would bring my wife to see the car on Sunday, they made the car accessible for my wife and I to see the vehicle on the lot away from the mounds of snow which covered the grounds. We purchased and would definitely recommend as a positive experience to our friends and co-workers. Car buying is a stressful business and no matter how happy I am with the final price, the next day I always feel maybe I should have not paid as much or could have gotten a better deal. But in this situation, I felt the car and expected maintenance service was worth what we paid. More
