My experience at BMW Catonsville was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Ron Ventura had not only great preparation but also his experience as a knowledgeable BMW salesman. He hit all the key points we had previously discussed. Ron introduce me to the Finance Manager, Mark Sonn, so I could get to know all the key people involved in my buying process. About a week later, when I was ready to move forward, everything was perfectly prepared. Mark welcomed me back, and we kicked things off with a BMW welcome video before moving seamlessly into the financial details, expertly handled by Mark Sonn.
