Just upgraded my Infiniti Q50 from a 2018 to a 2021 model with more features. I have leased several vehicles from this dealership and always appreciate how smooth they make the process. Mr Anthony Cooper,We’ve purchased a total of 3 cars Mr Anthony Cooper, We’ve purchased a total of 3 cars from this dealership within the last Few months(Range Rover HTC, Infiniti Redsport and an Audi Mr Anthony Cooper, We’ve purchased a total of 3 cars from this dealership within the last Few months(Range Rover HTC, Infiniti Redsport and an Audi Etron). The current purchase was the Audi Etron (full electric vehicle)which was problems since the day we drove it off the lot. Upon getting the vehicle home we open the back cab area and find the entire side door trim piece just thrown inside. Secondly we receive the vehicle with a bad charging device. Infiniti charges a $3500 maintenance/ inspection fee which is suppose to be completed prior to vehicle being driven off the lot. We immediately took the vehicle to Audi Dominion to have the charging device checked and for the trim piece missing be fixed. Audi makes all necessary repairs and also have to replace the charging device since the one that came with the vehicle at time of purchase was no good. Vehicle does not keep fully charged and has been nothing but problems for the last couple of weeks that we have had the vehicle in our possession. We contacted Infiniti and spoke with management in regards to issues. They agreed to take the vehicle back in by undercutting us by thousands for a buy back. We have not driven this vehicle more then a total of a few days with the vehicle either being stuck at a charging portal which at times takes approximately 8 hrs to give you 30-40 drive miles or at the dealership for repair. The vehicle was NEVER inspected properly as Infiniti states prior to having us drive off the lot. The 10k miles maintenance had also not been completed by Infiniti according to Audi Dominion. We have not enjoyed much less been able to use this vehicle. After speaking to managers and relating messages to Anthony Cooper it was his decision to be unfair on the trade in. This is not about the money but about the principle. You sold us a vehicle which you refuse to buy back at the tag price when we have not used this vehicle because of the issues your company failed to correct. We will no longer purchase anything further from your company. This was bad business on your end and it will not go unnoticed. Not only have we purchased many vehicles from you but we have also sent many other customers your way. We do not recommend Infiniti of San Antonio. More
