Service on 2020 Honda under warranty. Requested service for 2 standard maintenance items and 1 warranty item. After 2.5 hours vehicle was pulled into service bay for pick up. Results as f Requested service for 2 standard maintenance items and 1 warranty item. After 2.5 hours vehicle was pulled into service bay for pick up. Results as follows: 1 maintenance item not performed (verifiable) 1 maintenance item suspicious of not being performed (not verifiable) 1 warranty item not performed (verifiable) Dealer reviewed the claims and agreed. No charge to customer other than lost time. Technician Anthony C. provided false information regarding work performed which created erroneous service history of the vehicle and warranty work completed. Customer will never have service work done, nor purchase a vehicle from this dealer. BEWARE. More
