Pre Owned Used Car/Near Death Experience Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a lou Purchased a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I was told the car was inspected. 3 days later while driving on the highway at 60 mph a loud bang occurred causing me to almost hit the median on the highway. I dropped the car off Sunday and was informed I wouldn’t be given a loaner car. In addition they gave me one after arguing and told me I’d be called the following day. No manager or anyone for that matter has called me and it’s been 48 hour. You’d think a manager would call after paying $6500 down or for the fact I almost crashed. The dealer did not check the rust rot on the car. I’m scared to pick up the car for me and any of my passengers safety. More

A dealership who had no regard for customers time or safety The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. It recently required a new engine and transmission and to get these new parts took approximately The Jeep I purchased here was faulty from the start. This dealership does not take a customers time into consideration when scheduling them to come in for repairs or to pick up their cars. I honestly do not believe security dodge cares about their customers safety either. They kept telling me my Jeep was fixed but it still needed to be brought back for more repairs. I will never buy another car from security dodge. More

I came from ct.which took close to 4 hours due to heavy traffic and the only issue that was fixed was my a.c. when it rain I still have water leaking in which I was told was fixed but wasnt. My passenger halogen light went out and everytime I call to speak to someone in service I'm brushed off and told I'll be given a call back. I'm supposed to have the best bumper to bumper warranty they offer yet I cant get nothing fixed. More

Another unpleasant experiece Bought used car from them. It hS been in there dealership 5 xs for the same thing. Each time they tell me something different.
