The perfect experience I've driven Subarus for some years now and have dealt with Dean Team in the past. My mother even bought a new outback from them last year. I've always had very good experiences and the sales manager Scott Roberts is second to none. I've always wanted to look at a Volkswagen and this is how I met Matt Hampton. Do yourself a favor and go talk to Matt before you go anywhere else. He will work tirelessly to find you exactly what you are looking for. He has got to be one of the most personable, hard-working, trustworthy people I've ever met and I will refer him to anyone and everyone I know regardless of the type of car they're looking for. Annie in service is great also, she took care of everything by wife's outback needed and in the time promised! More

My New 2017 Passat I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in I was the proud owner of a great 2013 TDI Passat that was involved in the diesel buyback program and realized I needed another car when I turned it in. I checked with Eric in service at The Dean Team where I have all my service done and he confirmed the 1.8 TSI engine in the Passat was very reliable. From there I went directly to the showroom and met with Richard Gotsch my new salesman. He was fantastic to work with along with Scott Roberts in getting me into another awesome Passat, a 2017 TSI. It is great to see a company improve on an all ready great vehicle, but it is truly the best car I have ever owned! The best part for me was having Richard spend the time going over all the features and new features of the car and answer all my questions before I left the lot. The Dean Team is a Great Team from sales to service and I plan to be with them a long time!!! More

The Dean Team saved our trip On our journey from Maine to Arizona, outside of St. Louis Missouri, most of our Subaru Outback's warning lights came on. Luckily, not only were we c On our journey from Maine to Arizona, outside of St. Louis Missouri, most of our Subaru Outback's warning lights came on. Luckily, not only were we close to Dean Team Ballwin Subaru but Annie Thompson answered the phone. Annie's friendly manner guided us to their location, made us feel welcome, and kept us informed through the service process. She even kept an eye on our cat who was asleep in the back of our car. The Service department got us back on the road within 2 hours. We are so grateful for their quick service, but most importantly for taking our problems on when they were busy with their local customers. More

A NERVOUS BUYER I CHECKED OUT THREE SUBARU DEALERSHIPS PRIOR TO EMPLOYING JD DAUGHERTY AT THE DEAN TEAM TO HELP ME PURCHASE MY FIRST SUBARU. HAVING READ CONSUMERS R I CHECKED OUT THREE SUBARU DEALERSHIPS PRIOR TO EMPLOYING JD DAUGHERTY AT THE DEAN TEAM TO HELP ME PURCHASE MY FIRST SUBARU. HAVING READ CONSUMERS REPORT AND ENCOURAGED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO CHECK OUT SUBARU, I WAS CONVINCED THAT WAS THE PRODUCT FOR ME. I WAS PLEASED WITH DJ HAVING THE DESIRE TO REALLY LISTEN, AND CARE THAT I WAS SERVED WELL. THERE WAS GREAT FOLLOWUP.. HAD A QUIRKY ADJUSTMENT NEEDED.. DJ WAS GIVEN THE SUPPORT BY HIS MANAGER TO ENSURE ME I WOULD BE GIVEN ALL SERVICE NEEDED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. IT WAS CORRECTED TIMELY AND I WAS GIVEN A COMPARABLE LOANER CAR. BEING SOMEONE WHO WAS USED TO DOING THESE MAJOR PURCHASES AS A COUPLE,, NOW BEING ALONE WITH THE RECENT DEATH OF MY HUSBAND, THIS WAS A SCAREY ADVENTURE THAT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. A L S O: I WANT TO GIVE KUDOS TO RICK IN FINANCING . LAST BUT NOT LEAST, ANNIE THOMPSON IN SERVICE WHO WENT WAY OUT OF HER WAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS WELL TREATED.. SHE DROVE MY LONER OUT AND PICKED UP MY CAR WHICH WAS NO LITTLE JAUNT ON HER DAY OFF !! A BIG DEAL TO ME TO HAVE SUCH SERVICE !!! Didn't fix my car I took my car in with a check engine light on. They over charged me then after I picked my car up and drove 10 miles, the same problem happened again. I love my new 2017 Jetta I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from I purchased a 2010 Jetta TDI Diesel in 2009 and have driven it for 7 years. It was a great car and over the years I received exceptional service from Scott and Annie and their service department. VW will be buying back my TDI in December so I decided to buy a new Jetta to replace it. My salesman is Richard Gotsch and he gave me an awesome buying experience. He is very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He was able to highlight all the advantages of owning a new Jetta and guided me through the process of getting all the features that will make me happy for the life of my new car. So far I have not been disappointed. Thanks to the Dean Team and all of it's competent and considerate personnel. More

Service - will not be back This was my first visit to this place, and my last. I took my car in to have an issue checked where I had the ABS and system controls lights come on w This was my first visit to this place, and my last. I took my car in to have an issue checked where I had the ABS and system controls lights come on while breaking. After talking with the dealer in Springfield, MO where I bought the car, they recommended a simple fix of just changing the break light switch. I told the woman at Dean Team this exact thing and 24 hours later I am left with an absurd charge after she tells me that she confirmed that they found the same thing. I asked her why it took them so long and why it was so expensive to find the same thing that I told them going in that another dealer had already identified over the phone without even needed to look at my car what the problem was. No answer was given. If it's that common of a problem, this place missed that memo Subaru. She then tells me that she did me a favor by not charging me more and that it costs more here than other generic auto shops for the same work because "Subaru mechanics are specially trained". I think better training is needed at this location because it took them longer and cost me more to figure out what they were already told going in to the service appointment. A friend who used to live in the area bought a Subaru from another dealer because of a poor experience at Dean Team as well, and now I understand why. I will not recommend this place and I will not be back. More
