Wen I went there I saw the reviews about customers being overcharged. So I made sure I spoke to the service tech about the cost. Anyway, when I went to pick up my car the service tech that I signed in with overcharged. So I made sure I spoke to the service tech about the cost. Anyway, when I went to pick up my car the service tech that I signed in with was off. Which he didn’t tell me. My paperwork wasn’t ready at the cashier desk. I had to get another service tech to help me. When she gave me the bill. I saw that it was more than what I was quoted by the tech that signed me in. I immediately ask for the manager. But he was busy and I got the assistant manager. I explain to him what happened and he went over by bill with me. While going over the bill they charged core charge for the alternator that was replaced. When they removed and had the alternator. The assistant manager apologized and readjusted my bill. Overall, the dealership isn’t bad. But it seems like the service techs are stressed out. I based that on 26 years experience as a military Leader and as a current business owner. For anyone who goes to the dealership. You should double check you bill before paying. More

Just wanted to thank Angel Otero for his help with the service of my 2010 Toyota Tundra. I brought it in for a flat tire and brakes but while it was in the service center, he had the oil changed an inspec service of my 2010 Toyota Tundra. There was an issue with the loaner vehicle with damage, but they were able to see that it was done prior to me taking charge of it. Overall, I had a great experience with your service department. From the moment I was greeted by Mike in the garage area, to the greeting from Angel, the service was exceptionally great. I was in and out in a timely manner. I went in for a scheduled oil change, after the to the greeting from Angel, the service was exceptionally great. I was in and out in a timely manner. I went in for a scheduled oil change, after the check up it was diagnosed that the battery was weak, which was covered under warranty 100%, it paid off to get the "lifetime warranty" from Toyota when I got it replaced a couple of years ago. I also got my driving belt replaced, which was needed, Angle was able to make it happen, still in a timely manner. I waited in the clean "quite room" and was able to get some reading quietly. I was still in and out in just as little as over two hours. Angel was efficient and to the point as always. Thank you! More
